✿ Returns

All sales are final. Returns and refunds are not accepted unless an item arrives defective or there is a mistake on our part (e.g., shipped the wrong item).

• If your item is defective or incorrect, please email us within 14 days of delivery with photos/videos of the issue.

✿ Exchanges

Exchanges for another size or style are allowed, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags. Please note this is dependent on the availability of other sizes or styles.

• Shipping Fees: Buyers are responsible for all round-trip shipping costs for exchanges (unless it is an error on our part).

• ⚠️ CHECK THE SIZE CHART: Please review the size chart carefully before purchasing to avoid extra shipping fees and ensure the best fit.

✿ Address Changes & Order Issues

If you notice an error in your shipping address or order details, contact us immediately.

• We can update your information as long as the order has not shipped.

• Once an order has been shipped, no changes can be made, and we are not liable for packages sent to incorrectly provided addresses.

✿ Shipping & Carrier Disclaimer

Orders are shipped via USPS within 5 business days.

Estimated transit times:

• Domestic (US): 3–7 business days

• International: 1–3 weeks (varies by destination and customs clearance)

Once a package is handed over to USPS, Steff’s 1997 is not liable for carrier issues, including lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Please contact USPS directly with your tracking number to resolve delivery disputes.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by your local government upon delivery. These charges are not included in your order total or shipping fee and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
